		<description>It&#039;s interesting how many variations for nikujaga there are!  Kobacha sounds like a good addition, as well as the shirataki.  I&#039;ve done &quot;Braised Beef with New Potatoes&quot; a couple of times from my project book, and one I tested for a woman who is writing a cookbook (The Asian Grandmothers Cookbook).  Variety comes from good home cooking, I think.</description>
